Jointly sponsored by World Executive Group, World Entrepreneur magazine and World Finance Lab, the annual selection for the year 2007 of China’s Top 100 Most Respected Listed Companies unveiled recently, announcing that the SANY Group, China’s leading construction machinery manufacturer, was included in the list.
The selection was based on the Global Corporate Governance (GCG) module solely developed by the World Finance Lab. In principle, the module delves into the theory and practice of corporate governance and produce systematic and objective evaluation on governance structure and performance of China’s listed companies in the form of multiple indices. Covering five dimensions of stockholder's equity, equity structure, board of directors, payment structure and information exposure, the whole evaluation system includes 5 primary indices, 20 secondary indices and 98 tertiary indices.
The fact that SANY was titled the most respected company, will promote the brand image lifting and participation in international competitions of Chinese construction machinery industry.
