Recently, Forbes Magazine launched the list of Best and Worst Boss of Listed Company. Board Chairman of SANY Heavy Industry, Mr. Liang Wengen was among the 25 Best Bosses.
The candidates of the list are those private-owned listed companies in China’s A stock market. The criteria are the average and increase of net asset profit ratio from 2004 to 2006, and also take the payment of directors into consideration. Relevant data are come from the annual report and solutions manual of listed companies 2007.
Mr. He Zhenlin, vice president of SANY Group, estimate the honor that “It is a significant award.” He said the brand image of a company greatly lies on the leader, so the Best Boss for Mr. Liang is also the brand for SANY. It is an important factor to attract, solidify and hold talents.
Mr. He said that there are more than 1400 listed companies in China and 10 of them are construction machinery companies. Among the entrepreneurs in the machinery industry and Hunan Province, Mr. Liang is the only selected, which is a great honor for SANY.
